The Greenbrier Restaurant has been a Gatlinburg tradition since 1980. Offering a casual and relaxed dining experience the restaurant resides in a Historic Log Cabin and features a serene wooded view.
You can relax and enjoy tasty appetizers, real mountain trout, succulent prime rib and many of the Greenbrier’s very own specialties.
The main log structure of the Greenbrier Restaurant was constructed in the late 1930s and operated as the Greenbrier Lodge. The lodge accommodated travelers and vacationers who were treated to breakfast each morning. After breakfast they would often set out to explore the area or remain at the lodge to enjoy the mountain setting from the sun deck.
Today the dining room covers the sun deck but features windows from floor to ceiling allowing a beautiful relaxing view of the mountain woodland. A private upstairs dining area is also available for your special occasion. Private dining can be arrange for up to 30 people.
